terrible twos

Adam and I continue to be amazed at how fast Blake is growing and learning. He's always been fascinated with emptying things out and them putting them back. A couple weeks ago he dumped everything on his shelves, including the bins. When I tried to have him help me pick it back up, several time out's later, we got all the toys picked up. Now's he's pretty good about not dumping them ALL out. We try to catch him before he gets that far.

I was using the bottom step for time out. It kinda worked, but he wouldn't sit still and he kept getting up to keep me in his line of sight. So I tried his booster seat and strapped him in. As you can see he doesn't like it very much. He cries and screams (he screams when he's mad). When the timer goes off, he says sorry and everything's okay. It works much better than the bottom step and we don't have to put him in time out as much.

This picture cracked me up. He was having a blast playing in this bin. As soon as he saw me with the camera, he made this face. Such a stinker!

Then he started smiling, he's such a cutie!
